Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our startup team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving modern web applications across both frontend and backend.

The candidate should be a quick learner, comfortable taking ownership of tasks, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web applications.
- Build frontend interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
- Develop backend applications, business logic, and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, Java, .NET, or equivalent technologies.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Implement secure user authentication, authorization, and access control.
- Debug, test, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Maintain, enhance, and support existing websites and software applications.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud or server environments.
- Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable code.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver tasks within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and development processes.




- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of Node.js/Express.js or another backend technology.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Understanding of REST API development and integration.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Basic understanding of cloud deployment and server environments.
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
