• Manage day-to-day preschool operations
• Lead, mentor & motivate the teaching team
• Ensure high-quality curriculum implementation
• Build strong relationships with parents
• Drive admissions and centre growth
• Plan and execute events & activities
• Ensure child safety, hygiene & compliance
• Monitor academic and overall centre performance
