We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Steward / Service Associate to provide excellent service and create a welcoming experience for every guest at Edit 5.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with seating and menu recommendations.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns politely.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Support café operations as required.
- RequirementsPrevious experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
