Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial documents, compliance with relevant regulations, and efficient financial management of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Ensure timely tax filing and compliance with statutory obligations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).





Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

Monitor and analyze accounting data to provide insights for decision-making.

Collaborate with auditors during audits and resolve discrepancies.

Implement and improve financial control systems and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s in Finance)

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books).

Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
