Propnwest Property Consultant is a growing real estate consultancy focused on helping customers find the right residential property in Navi Mumbai.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.
- Explain suitable residential projects and property options.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers.
- Accompany clients during site visits and explain project details.
- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with developers and project sales teams.
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the company’s CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate referrals and repeat business from existing customers.
- Stay updated about recent projects, pricing, offers and developments in Navi Mumbai.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Good at communication and follow-up.
- Interested in sales and real estate.
- Energetic, ambitious and target-oriented.
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits.
- Able to build trust and maintain customer relationships.
- Willing to learn about the Navi Mumbai real estate market.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobile, telecom or other B2C sales will be an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: ₹30,000– ₹38,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
