Position: Event Manager – Events, Activations & Community

Job Type: Full time | Office + Field

Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives

About the RoleDragone Media is looking for an energetic and responsible Event Manager who can independently manage automotive events, motorcycle rides, brand activations, community events and on-ground operations.

This is not a desk-only position. The candidate should be comfortable travelling, working at event locations, managing teams and taking responsibility for complete event execution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute events and brand activations from start to finish.
- Manage motorcycle rides and automotive community events.
- Handle IT Park and corporate brand activations.
- Coordinate with clients, dealerships, vendors and venues.
- Manage promoters, event crew, volunteers and support teams.
- Handle event setup, branding, inventory and logistics.
- Coordinate participant registrations and community communication.
- Manage WhatsApp/community groups and participant updates.
- Prepare event schedules, checklists and execution plans.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodation and food arrangements.
- Handle last-minute on-ground problems and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain event data,



attendance and reports.
- Submit post-event reports, photographs, videos and other required deliverables.
- Ensure company assets and branding materials are properly maintained.
- Travel for outstation events whenever required.

Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–4 years preferred

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

Compensation & Benefits₹22,000–₹25,000/month
