We are looking for a Behavioural Therapist to conduct structured sessions with children, follow clinical protocols, track progress, and work under the guidance of a Senior Behavioural Therapist.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct therapy sessions as per prescribed protocols while maintaining treatment integrity.
- Build rapport with children and maintain professional communication with parents.
- Provide daily session summaries and maintain ABC sheets.
- Participate in child assessment meetings and work closely with the Senior Behavioural Therapist.
- Understand and implement clinical procedures and protocols.
- Update each child's progress on VB-MAPP weekly and maintain accurate graphs.




- Maintain daily session records and ensure therapy rooms and materials are organized.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow organizational policies and professional standards.
- Accept feedback and continuously develop clinical and professional skills.
- Perform centre-related duties and support centre administration when required.

Eligibility:

- ABAT Certification
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
- Robust time-management and professional skills
- Ability to work with children and follow clinical protocols
