- Manage end-to-end equipment and vehicle auctions, both online and physical.
- Coordinate listings, inspections, valuations and auction schedules.
- Ensure smooth bidding and auction operations.
- Monitor auction performance and improve bid participation and realization.
2. Client & Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with OEMs, Banks, NBFCs, Dealers and other institutional clients.
- Build robust relationships with sellers and buyers.
- Resolve client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop long-term business relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
3. Business Development
- Acquire new auction mandates from clients.
- Expand the buyer and dealer network across the assigned territory.
- Increase buyer participation and auction volumes.
- Identify new business opportunities in the used vehicle and equipment market.
4. Vehicle & Equipment Remarketing
- Drive maximum resale value for auctioned assets.
- Understand market pricing and demand trends.
- Support liquidation and remarketing of repossessed and surplus assets.
- Analyse auction results and recommend appropriate pricing and sales strategies.
5. Team & Yard Management
- Coordinate with yard staff and operations teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, asset movement and compliance.
- Monitor yard and inventory-related activities.
- Ensure operational discipline and timely execution.
6. Revenue & Target Ownership
- Achieve assigned auction volume and revenue targets.
- Improve conversion and bid realization.
- Drive profitability of the auction business.
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS and performance reports.
