We are looking for an experienced UV Printing Machine Operator to operate UV Roll-to-Roll and UV Flatbed Printing Machines, ensuring smooth production, high print quality, and minimum material wastage.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate UV Roll and Flatbed printing machines.
- Load printing materials, inks, and substrates correctly.
- Adjust machine settings for proper color, alignment, and print quality.
- Monitor the printing process and identify defects or errors.
- Perform quality checks on finished prints.
- Troubleshoot minor machine and printing issues.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Minimize material and ink wastage and maintain machine efficiency.
- Maintain production and maintenance records.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
