Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for sales and marketing of Laboratory Equipment, Laboratory Instruments, Labware, Scientific Products and Materials Science Equipment.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, handling enquiries, product demonstrations, preparing quotations and achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and develop current customers.
- Promote and sell laboratory equipment, labware, scientific instruments and related products.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their technical requirements.
- Prepare quotations, technical offers and follow up with customers.
- Visit laboratories, universities, research institutes and industrial customers as required.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customized requirements.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up for repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences and other marketing activities.
- Required QualificationB.Sc. / Diploma / B.Tech in relevant technical/science disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic technical understanding and ability to explain products to customers.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in the Laboratory Equipment / Scientific Instruments / Laboratory Glassware & Labware / Research Equipment / Scientific Equipment / Materials Science Equipment industry will be given preference.
Candidates having existing knowledge of laboratories, universities, R&D; institutes, industries and research organizations will be an added advantage.
