? Lead Management

• Manage incoming customer leads

• Follow up with clients regularly

• Answer customer queries

• Maintain proper lead status and follow-up records

? Excel Management

• Maintain daily work/order records

• Update client and lead details

• Keep the Excel sheet accurate and organized

? Website & Blog Management

• Post blogs/articles on our WordPress website

• Upload and format website content

• Add images, headings and basic SEO details

• Maintain regular blog posting
