Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely support, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.




- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred SkillsGood telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/customer support tools is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries.
