Service EngineerExperience: Freshers can be considered
- Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, commissioning, demonstration and servicing of equipment.
- Attend breakdown, calibration, service and lab-shifting calls.
- Handle customer service queries and spare requirements.
- Coordinate with HO/customers for repairs, spares, PO, invoice and payments.
- Maintain service reports, stock records and calibration schedules.
- Generate revenue through AMC, service calls, calibration and spare sales.
- RequirementsITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical or Instrumentation.
- Knowledge of temperature, pH, humidity, pressure, vacuum, gases, clean-room calibration, electrical and pipette calibration.
- HVAC, autoclave and microscope knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and regional languages.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
