Technical Trainer- 1. Should be qualified with either a Degree or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering and should have good communication skill..
2. Should have at least 1-3 years of experience in the training function in the auto industry.
The Role includes the preparation of a small Training PPT, class room presentation of technical aspects, followed by a practical demonstration of the same on a vehicle.
- should have the ability to understand and present the basic level Electrical Engg. concepts, and functioning and application of straightforward measuring instruments and dongles for measurement and diagnostics in the auto industry.
- Should have the ability to understand the dealer staff Training needs and deliver Trg module in simplified method for Dealer staff.
- Should be ready to visit the field and conduct OJTs.
- Should have an aptitude for teaching/ training and learning.
