RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCTION PLANNING AND EXECUTION:

1.1

Execution of weekly production plan in the Packing area in the External preparation department.

1.2

Man power planning, over time planning and allocation of man power to ensure smooth running of production activities for the achievement of daily production target.

1.3

To ensure the execution of cGMP with production at shop floor.

1.4

To ensure cleaning and sanitization of External preparation area and Drain points.

2.0

DOCUMENTATION :

2.1

Preparation of current SOPs and GMP documents, revision of SOPs and preparation of Training documents as and when required.

2.2

Initiation of Change control, Deviation and CAPA and assist Department In-charge in Failure investigation and Root cause analysis.

2.3

To impart on job and class room training to the sub-ordinates

2.4

Execution of preventive maintenance schedule, fumigation schedule.

2.5

Handling, Storage and Calibration of Standard Weights.

2.6

Online filling of all GMP documents.

2.7

Control and maintain rejection, wastage,



reprocessing and ensure the yield as per standard yield norms and prepare monthly yield statement with justification for fewer yields.

2.8

During Batch packing, carry out the IPQC activities, on line filling of Batch records.

2.9

To carryout SAP related activities.

2.10

Monitoring and recording of environmental condition and Line Clearance.

2.11

In-Process control during various stages of manufacturing of finished product.

3.0

CROSS FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY :

3.1

Execution of Preventive maintenance schedule, and Calibration schedule and to assist Engineering department.

3.2

To assist the Quality Assurance department during execution Process validation, Qualification etc.

3.3

To investigate any problems related to product or machinery and inform to Dept. head about it.

4.0

BESIDES ABOVE ACTIVITIES, TO CARRY OUT OTHER ACTIVITIES ASSIGNED BY DEPARTMENT IN-CHARGE.
