Our mission is to empower firm leaders by providing capital, operational support,technology, and strategic guidance—helping firms scale while preserving their independence and culture.n All roles below support U.S.-based audit engagements for Elevate partner firms and work closely with onshore audit teams. n Work Schedule for All Roles: 3:00 PM IST– 12:00 AM IST (4:30 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST) n Location: India (Remote) n Audit Supervisor n Experience Level: Senior / Supervisoryn Overview n The Audit Supervisor oversees day-to-day execution of U.S. audit engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness. This role includes supervising staff, reviewing audit work, and serving as a key liaison between offshore teams and U.S. engagement leadership. n Key Responsibilitiesn n Supervise execution of audit engagements, including testing, documentation, and review n Lead planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up for assigned engagements n Review audit workpapers and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and GAAS n Identify and resolve engagement and technical issues n Train, mentor,
