Hiring Location: Hiring Location: Kochi/Trivandum/Gurgoan/Noida / Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune

Experience Range: 5 to 8yrs

- Minimum 4 to 6 years of Salesforce Development experience
- Mandatory hands-on experience in LWC and OmniStudio
- Experience in at least 2 OmniStudio projects OR 1 project with 10+ months of OmniStudio experience

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

- Design, develop, and support Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, Aura, and Visualforce.
- Build scalable and reusable components adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Develop integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.

OmniStudio Development
- Develop OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
- Implement end-to-end business processes using OmniStudio capabilities.

Configuration & Customization
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
- Support user management, security configuration, and environment setup.

Agile Delivery
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and release activities.

Support & Deployment
- Manage deployments across environments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deployment failures.
- Ensure high-quality code through test class coverage and best practices.
