- Coordination with architects, structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and other consultants to ensure timely delivery of design inputs.
- Day-to-day monitoring and follow-up of drawings, consultant deliverables, approvals, and design schedules.
- Coordination with site teams for design clarifications, construction requirements, and resolution of technical issues.
- Review and tracking of drawings to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and site requirements.
- Facilitating communication between consultants, project teams, and management for smooth project execution.
- Assisting in planning, design development, and coordination activities across upcoming redevelopment projects.
