Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
• Will be responsible for managing Salesforce CRM platform .
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• B.E in Information technology with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming, etc.)




• Knowledge of VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience,SOQL Statements
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle
• Experience in defining enterprise architecture, mapping existing systems to it, and identifying and evaluating options to close gaps
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a quick-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
• Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
• Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
• Outstanding teamwork skills
• Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities.
