- Manage and oversee Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting workers and technicians to ensure accurate, secure and on-schedule task completion. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance and addressing issues or concerns.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits

- Maintain accurate records of all Plumbing/HVAC work, including blueprints, schematics, maintenance logs and inspection reports. This documentation is helpful for future reference, troubleshooting and compliance.
