Description
As a Relationship Manager - Banca, you will be the primary point of contact for bank branches, fostering collaborative partnerships. Your main objective is to enhance the bank's insurance offerings and drive sales, ensuring a seamless and profitable experience for both the bank and its customers. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or a related role, preferably in a bancassurance setting.
- Solid knowledge of insurance products, especially those offered through bancassurance channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proven track record of successful sales and relationship management.
