Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.- Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and code reviews.- Maintain transparent and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes.- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.- Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.- Familiarity with RESTful web services and API development.- Understanding of database integration and management using SQL and NoSQL databases.- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize continuous integration tools.
