n We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale engineering and modernization initiatives across multiple teams.

n Mandatory Experience
n n 10+ years of overall professional experience
n 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience within engineering or technology organizations
n 5+ years of prior hands-on experience in software development, system design, or technical architecture
n n
n What you’ll bring
n n Experience driving large, cross-functional technical programs with significant business or engineering impact
n Ability to build and structure programs from the ground up, including defining goals, success measures, governance, and execution processes
n Strong experience managing dependencies, risks,



competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders
n Technical depth to work effectively with engineering leaders, architects, and principal engineers
n Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
n A track record of delivering measurable outcomes beyond just timelines and project completion

n We are looking for candidates with a robust technical foundation who have transitioned into Technical Program Management and have experience driving complex engineering programs end to end.
