Lubi Electronics is seeking a technically skilled Sales Engineer – Sensors & Automation Products to drive business growth in the Pune region. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing suitable technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with OEMs, System Integrators, Distributors, and industrial customers to achieve sales targets.

Education

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant sales certification will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities for industrial sensors and automation products across Pune.
- Generate leads through customer visits, market mapping, references, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, Machine Manufacturers, Distributors, and Industrial Customers.
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance on product selection, application, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product recommendations.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial support.
- Follow up with customers and drive opportunities through to order closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Identify new applications and business opportunities.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, visit reports, and sales forecasts.

Product Knowledge

Candidates with knowledge or experience in Industrial Sensors and Automation Products will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of industrial sensors, automation products, and their applications.
- Good understanding of industrial automation systems.
- Strong B2B/industrial sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Basic troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pune.

Location Requirement

The candidate must be based in Pune and willing to travel across the Pune region.
