n n Key Requirements:
n n Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Banking Collections/BFSI Collections.
n At least 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader handling collections operations.
n Robust knowledge of collections strategies, delinquency management, recovery processes, and team performance management.
n Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and people management skills.
n Ability to drive KPIs including Collections, Productivity, Quality, Compliance, and Customer Experience.
n Graduation is mandatory.
