n Own end-to-end operations for assigned geography / multiple territories
n Drive performance metrics, productivity, and operational efficiency
n Ensure consistent execution of processes, SOPs, and business standards
n Manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines
n 2. Team Leadership
n Lead, manage, and scale large field teams (50–150 members)
n Build high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured reviews
n Drive accountability and ownership across team members
n 3. Business Ownership
n Take complete ownership of regional business goals and P&L-linked; metrics
n Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions




n Ensure strong customer experience and service delivery
n 4. Stakeholder Management
n Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)
n Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
