Job Description We are seeking a talented Lead Designer - Workplace. You will be part of our design studio designing Corporate / Workplace Interior projects. Working closely with the design team, you will be responsible for developing design concepts for corporate interior projects and leading client presentations/pitches as well as design management and coordination for projects
n What you'll do:
n n You will be responsible for working on strategizing design solutions to fit assigned programs and budgets.
n You will work on multiple projects and provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.
n You will work closely with the design team and manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule.
n You will lead and participate in project meetings and Client presentations as needed & working closely with the team, you will be responsible for design management and coordination with project stakeholders as needed.




n You will provide quality control and review design documentation and schedule project team deliverables.
n You will attend Client work-sessions and design reviews as required.
n You will travel for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings and site visits as required.
n n What we expect:
n n You have 10+ years of experience of working on Commercial interior / Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects & managing a team
n You have a robust design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
n You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile
n You have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organizational skills.
n You have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
n You have an excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
