n Position: Accounts Executive
n
n We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in manufacturing/export accounting, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n
n Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
n Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
n Prepare bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
n Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
n Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
n Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
n Maintain accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
n Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments.
n Prepare MIS reports and financial data as required by management.
n Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

n Eligibility
n
n B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.




n 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
n Experience in the Garment Manufacturing/Export Industry will be preferred.
n Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime or any ERP software.
n Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc.).
