n Lead the internal audit function and oversee end-to-end audit planning and execution.
n Develop the annual audit plan and ensure timely delivery.
n Review high-risk processes, controls, and regulatory compliance.
n Present audit findings and updates to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
n Liaise with external auditors and regulators as required.
n Drive process improvements and governance strengthening initiatives.
n Requirements:
n CA with 5 years+ experience in NBFC/bank
n Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex audits.
n Solid grasp of RBI guidelines, regulatory risks, and governance frameworks.
n Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
