n We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad . This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

n Key Responsibilities
n n Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
n Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
n Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
n Assist the team in enhancing customer service processes and quality




n Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

n Required Qualification s
n n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
n Patient, positive, and detail-oriented mindset
n Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
n Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
n Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

n Salary & Benefits
n n CTC: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 per month
n Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week
n n
