n Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Venue Development Division
n
n Role Objective
n Lead financial strategy, capital structuring, project finance, investor relations, governance, and financial performance for the venue development business.
n
n Key Result Areas (KRAs)
n 1. Financial Strategy & Planning
n • Develop long-term financial models for venue projects.
n • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
n
n 2. Project Finance & Fundraising
n • Secure debt, equity, and structured finance for venue development.
n • Engage banks, PE funds, family offices, sovereign funds, and strategic investors.
n • Lead fundraising and capital deployment strategies.
n
n 3. Commercial & Investment Analysis
n • Evaluate venue investment opportunities.
n • Conduct feasibility studies and ROI assessments.




n • Monitor project economics and profitability.
n
n 4. Financial Governance & Compliance
n • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, taxation, and accounting standards.
n • Strengthen internal controls and risk management systems.
n
n 5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
n • Optimize working capital and liquidity.
n • Manage project cash flows and capital expenditure.
n
n 6. Investor Relations
n • Support interactions with analysts, investors, lenders, and shareholders.
n • Develop MIS and reporting frameworks.
n
