n TCS is hiring for Incentive Compenstation (Use Case 3)
n Exp: 8+ years
n Location: Kolkata
n n Solid understanding of Sales Compensation and Incentive Compensation processes.
n Experience with ICM platforms such as SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), Xactly, Varicent, Oracle Incentive Compensation, or Anaplan.
n Knowledge of commission calculations, quotas, credits, and bonus structures.
n Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
n Experience with Excel, reporting, and dashboard tools.
n Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n n Preferred Skills
n n Knowledge of ETL/data integration processes.
n Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
n Understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) concepts.
n Certification in relevant ICM platforms is a plus
