n We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Ticketing Consultant to join our travel team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in domestic and international ticketing, with proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). The role involves night shifts to support international clients.

n n Location: Ahmedabad - C.G Road
n Department: International Ticketing Department
n n Key Responsibilities:
n n Manage air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel.
n Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes.
n Provide fare quotes, process refunds, and handle schedule changes.
n Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management.
n Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
n Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations.
n n Requirements:
n n At least 1 year of experience in ticketing.
n Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
n Knowledge of ticketing processes and fare rules.
n Robust English communication skills (written and verbal).
n Ability to work independently during night shifts.
