Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Backend Sales Operations Executive to support sales through lead generation, calling, customer follow-ups, quotations, CRM/Odoo updates, and sales coordination.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through cold calling, online platforms, databases, and referrals.
- Make daily calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- Prepare quotations, RFQs, BOQs, and sales documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Estimation, Engineering, Production, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate lead, customer, call, and quotation records in CRM/Odoo.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.
- Handle customer communication through calls and emails.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Strong calling, lead generation, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good coordination and documentation skills.
- Basic CRM/ERP knowledge; Odoo is an advantage.
- Electrical/technical product knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability are welcome.

Working HoursMonday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
