- Key Responsibilities:Handle spare parts sales (retail and workshop/internal)
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Identify parts using catalogues or software systems
- Process orders, billing, and invoicing
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for procurement
- Monitor stock movement and avoid overstocking or shortages
- Maintain records and documentation (GRN, invoices, stock registers)
- Assist technicians in identifying correct spare parts
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to parts
- Conduct periodic stock audits
- Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts
- Required Skills:Positive knowledge of automobile components and spare parts
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems (ERP)
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
