Powerlook Apparels Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing fashion brand focused on delivering trend-driven, high-quality apparel. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to manage vendor coordination, product development, costing, production follow-ups, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Handle the complete order lifecycle, from initial inquiry and sampling to production and final shipment.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and regularly track order status until delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding samples, approvals, product development, and order status.
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate product costing with vendors to achieve competitive margins.
- Maintain and regularly update the TNA (Time & Action) Sheet to ensure all activities are completed within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Follow up with vendors on production progress, dispatches, and delivery commitments.




- Coordinate with vendors for final inspections and ensure QC is scheduled and completed as per delivery deadlines.
- Monitor product quality and resolve vendor-related issues concerning quality, delivery, specifications, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of products, pricing, purchase orders, vendor details, samples, and deliveries.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with vendors to avoid delays in production or delivery.
- Support the team in improving vendor performance, cost efficiency, product quality, and overall supply-chain timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Merchandising / Apparel / Fashion / Garment Industry.
- Strong understanding of apparel merchandising, sourcing, costing, production, and vendor management.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong knowledge of TNA, purchase orders, costing, quality checks, and production follow-ups.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven fashion environment.
