Responsibilities

- Assemble battery cells, modules, BMS, wiring, connectors, and enclosures.
- Perform mechanical fitting, wire cutting, crimping, soldering, and electronics assembly.
- Assemble and inspect PCBs, sensors, connectors, and other electronic components.
- Perform battery pack wiring, insulation, polarity, continuity, voltage, and functional testing.
- Conduct charging, discharging, BMS, and basic safety tests.
- Identify and correct assembly, wiring, soldering, and testing issues.
- Complete final inspection and prepare the battery pack for delivery.
- Maintain production and testing records.
- Follow safety, PPE, ESD, 5S, and battery-handling procedures.

Requirements

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
- 0–3 years of experience in battery, electronics, automotive, or electrical assembly.
- Good soldering, wiring, crimping, and mechanical assembly skills.
- Ability to use a multimeter and basic hand tools.
- Ability to read basic wiring diagrams.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to work in a hands-on setting.
