This role involves resolving client queries, assisting with software operations, and ensuring seamless functionality of HRMS and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support and Communication

- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding HRMS and payroll software.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to client issues via email, phone, and remote support.

Technical Assistance

- Guide clients in using software features and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain client satisfaction.




- Advance Excel – V lookup, if condition, formula

Data Analysis and Reporting

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and manage client data.
- Generate customized reports as per client requirements.

Documentation and Email Drafting

- Draft qualified emails to communicate solutions, updates, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided.

Collaboration and Teamwork

- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Share insights and feedback to enhance software functionality and client experience.
