Position: Sales Team Lead & HR – Recruitment Experience
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Age: 28–40 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business.
- Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements.
- Handle customer follow-ups and recruitment records.
- Prepare regular sales and recruitment reports.
- Support the company in achieving sales and HR objectives.
Requirements:
- 4-5 Years of relevant experience in Sales Team Management and HR/Recruitment.
- Robust communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Good knowledge of recruitment & employee coordination
