Field Operations Executive – Auto NetworkBrandBingo is building an advertising network using autos across Bengaluru. We are looking for a responsible and confident field operations executive to help us manage our auto-driver network.

Responsibilities:

- Approach and onboard auto drivers in HSR Layout and Indiranagar to start with
- Speak with auto-stand leaders, driver groups and local coordinators
- Explain the BrandBingo programme clearly to drivers
- Collect driver, auto and vehicle details
- Coordinate board installations, washes and inspections
- Regularly check whether advertisements are properly displayed
- Maintain photographs, records and daily updates
- Resolve basic issues with drivers and installation partners

Requirements:

- Must speak Kannada comfortably
- Comfortable travelling and working outside




- Good communication and people-handling skills
- Responsible with follow-ups and reporting
- Smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge required
- Experience in driver onboarding, fleet management, field operations, auto dealerships, transport or logistics is preferred
- Two-wheeler preferred

- Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month
- Travel allowance and performance incentives provided
- Initial 30-day performance review

This is mainly an operations and driver-coordination role. It is not a product-sales job.
