Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Welder Trade or relevant certification
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ARC / MIG welding as per requirements.
- Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Perform welding for different joints such as Butt, Fillet and Lap joints.
- Set up welding machines and adjust parameters based on material thickness.
- Inspect welds for quality and correct welding defects.
- Assist in cutting, grinding and minor fabrication activities.
- Maintain welding tools, machines and the work area properly.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of welding techniques and positions (1G, 2G, 3G, etc.).
- Understanding of basic welding defects and quality standards.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a shop-floor setting.
