Job Location: Sanganer, Jaipur

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and retail store.

Lead the team of Helpers, Delivery Boys, Warehouse Staff, and Counter Staff and allocate daily tasks.

Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, and timely dispatch of goods.

Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.

Coordinate effectively with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure workplace discipline, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.

Monitor daily work reports, staff attendance, and team productivity.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.

Identify and resolve operational issues and provide necessary reports to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures,



and operational guidelines.

Qualification - Graduate preferred.

Experience - 2–5 years of experience as a Supervisor in Warehouse, Retail, Textile, or related operations is preferred.

Working Hours -

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Sunday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
