VirtualTeam Finserv Private Limited is hiring experienced Debt Collection / Recovery professionals for our International Collection Process in Delhi.

International experience is NOT mandatory. Candidates with solid collection experience in Banks, NBFCs, Fintech, Telecom, Domestic Collections, International Collections or Recovery Agencies can apply.

- Candidate RequirementsExperience in Debt Collection / Recovery / Receivables
- Good English communication
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable working on monthly collection and recovery targets
- Experience in domestic OR international collections is acceptable
- Banking / NBFC / Credit Card / Personal Loan collection experience will be an advantage
- UAE / Middle East collection experience is preferred but not compulsory
- Must be willing to relocate to Delhi and work from office
