Hiring: FRM – PIA Auditor ( Field Supervisor )

? Location: Chennai

? Position: Full-Time

? Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹19,000/month

⛽ Petrol Allowance: ₹100/day

? Incentives: Up to ₹1,500/month

? Experience: 3 - 6 months in Field

?️ Bike & Valid Driving License: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in office audits of FRM PIA activities.

Visit customers and FRMs to verify work quality and process adherence.

Identify discrepancies and suggest process improvements.

Collect audit data and submit accurate reports on time.

Maintain proper audit records and share findings with management.

Plan daily field visits based on location and business requirements.

Coordinate with FRMs to resolve audit findings.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English & Tamil.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Basic knowledge of reporting tools.

Willingness to travel across Chennai.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
