Experience: 3–6 Years, preferably in Interiors / Modular Furniture / Real Estate / Home Improvement

Role OverviewDeeraj Interiors is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to manage sales activities at our Experience Center. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating current business, building referral networks, conducting site visits, and converting qualified leads into interior projects.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in customers and explain Deeraj Interiors' design and execution capabilities.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, property status, and expected project timelines.
- Coordinate with interior designers to prepare concepts, estimates, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up consistently with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Conduct customer meetings and project/site visits whenever required.
- Generate new leads through apartments, gated communities, villas, builders, architects, realtors, and other local networks.
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, real estate professionals, property consultants, and referral/business associates.
- Plan local marketing and promotional activities for the Experience Center.
- Maintain proper lead pipeline and update CRM/sales trackers regularly.
- Negotiate commercials and coordinate with management for project closure.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design and execution teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.




- Track monthly sales targets, conversions, revenue, and collections.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and pricing.
- Represent Deeraj Interiors professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and business associations.

- Candidate Profile3–6 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
- Experience in interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, real estate, building materials, or home improvement preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of customer relationship management and sales follow-up.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting prospective customers.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, project teams, vendors, and management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally will be an advantage.
