Job Role

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to develop sales of our fresh peeled garlic across Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new B2B customers and developing regular daily/weekly business.

Target Customers

- Hotels & restaurants

- Caterers

- Cloud kitchens

- QSRs & restaurant chains

- Vegetable & food distributors

- Central kitchens

- Pickle & food manufacturers

- Institutional kitchens

Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers across Chennai daily

- Introduce our peeled garlic and provide samples

- Meet chefs, purchase managers, restaurant owners and distributors

- Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers

- Follow up on quotations and samples

- Take orders and coordinate with the company for deliveries

- Maintain relationships with existing customers

- Follow up on outstanding payments/collections

- Submit a simple daily sales & visit report





Candidate Profile

Experience: 1–3+ years in field sales

Candidates with experience selling any of the following will be strongly preferred:

Fresh vegetables / FMCG / spices / sauces / frozen foods / dairy / edible oil / food ingredients / HORECA supplies

Tamil language: Essential

Two-wheeler: Preferred

Local knowledge of Chennai: Essential

Candidates who already have relationships with restaurants, hotels, chefs, purchase managers, caterers or food distributors in Chennai will be given preference.

Compensation

Salary: ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience

- We don't want someone who only sits in the office and makes calls.
- We need a solid field salesperson who enjoys visiting the market, meeting customers, giving samples, following up and closing orders.
