- Key ResponsibilitiesOperate reactors, vessels, pumps, centrifuges, filters, mixers and other plant equipment as instructed.
- Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs and approved process parameters strictly.
- Charge raw materials accurately as per batch instructions.
- Monitor temperature, pressure, pH, density, flow rate, agitation and other process parameters.
- Record all process readings and observations accurately in production logbooks.
- Maintain proper batch-wise documentation and traceability.
- Coordinate with Production Supervisor and QA/QC during sampling, testing and process checks.
- Follow approved charging, reaction, filtration, transfer and packing procedures.
- Identify abnormal process conditions, equipment issues, leakage or unsafe conditions and immediately report them.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the assigned production area.




- Follow PPE requirements and all EHS and chemical-handling procedures.
- Ensure valves, pipelines, pumps and equipment are operated correctly.
- Assist in equipment cleaning, line clearance and changeover activities.
- Follow work permits and safety procedures for maintenance-related activities.
- Handle chemicals only as per approved safety instructions and SDS requirements.
- Prevent contamination and maintain proper identification of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Assist during plant inspections, audits and emergency drills.
- Follow shift handover procedures and communicate pending work/issues clearly to the next shift.
- Immediately report any spill, fire hazard, equipment malfunction or unsafe act/condition.
