Job SummaryVertex Group is hiring Customer sales Support for its Gurgaon location. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for Upselling sales.

- Eligibility
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Upselling Sales / Telecalling / BPO
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Positive customer-Merchant handling and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners required
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer calls and generate sales
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets




- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads
- Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Work towards improving conversion and revenue numbers
