Job Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby and common areas.
- Make beds, change linen and replace towels and guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and ready before guest check-in.
- Refill toiletries and other room supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel.
- Report maintenance issues, damages or missing items to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and properly.
- Collect and send laundry/linen as per hotel procedures.
- Assist guests politely when required.
- Follow hotel grooming, hygiene and service standards.
- Handle guest belongings and lost & found items responsibly.
- Complete assigned cleaning duties within the required time.




- Coordinate with the Front Office and Housekeeping Supervisor regarding room status.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience will be an advantage.
