Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, customer-focused and target-oriented Sales Executives to join Lenskart. The role involves understanding customers' eyewear requirements, recommending suitable frames and lenses, delivering an excellent customer experience and achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their eyewear needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable frames, sunglasses, lenses and accessories based on customer requirements.
- Explain lens types, coatings, features, pricing and ongoing offers.
- Drive sales, conversion and average order value in line with assigned targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Handle customer queries, objections and concerns professionally.
- Assist with billing, digital payments, order processing and after-sales support.
- Maintain product displays, store hygiene, visual merchandising and inventory.
- Follow Lenskart's SOPs,
sales processes and customer-service standards.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Support store operations and other activities assigned by the Store Manager.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and positive feedback/NPS.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, customer service or optical/fashion/lifestyle sales is preferred.
- Freshers may be considered for suitable roles.
- Good communication and active-listening skills.
- Strong customer-handling and sales-conversion ability.
- Basic knowledge of computers and digital transactions.
- Positive attitude, professional grooming and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- Target-oriented, proactive and customer-focused approach.
